No. 1 seed Novak Djokovic of Serbia and No. 2 seed Lorenzo Musetti of Italy advanced to the semifinals of the Hellenic Championship on Thursday in Athens.
Djokovic hit nine aces and saved both break points he faced in a 7-6 (1), 6-4 victory over Portuguese sixth seed Nuno Borges. Musetti, who must win the title in Athens to leapfrog Canada's Felix Auger-Aliassime for the eighth and final berth in the Nitto ATP Finals, swept past French fifth seed Alexandre Muller 6-2, 6-4.
Djokovic will face Yannick Hanfmann in the semis after the German qualifier beat Marcos Giron 7-6 (3), 6-4. Musetti's opponent will be Sebastian Korda, who fired 13 aces without a double fault during a 6-3, 6-2 triumph over Serbia's Miomir Kecmanovic that required just 58 minutes.

Ukrainian lucky loser Vitaliy Sachko continued to make the most of his second chance in Metz, France, as he beat France's Clement Tabur in three sets to reach the semifinals.
Sachko had nine aces and saved 6 of 7 break points en route to beating Tabur 6-4, 3-6, 6-4. Sachko's next opponent will be Learner Tien, who came back to beat Italy's Matteo Berrettini 5-7, 6-2, 6-3.
The only seeded player still standing is No. 7 Cameron Norrie of Great Britain, who survived French lucky loser Kyrian Jacquet 4-6, 7-6 (2), 6-4. Norrie will meet Lorenzo Sonego in the semifinals after the Italian topped Daniel Altmaier of Germany 6-4, 7-6 (6).
