Team Falcons and Team Vitality will meet in the grand final of the ESL Pro League Season 22 in Stockholm after winning their semifinal matches on Saturday.

Team Falcons swept MOUZ while Team Vitality went the distance to defeat FaZe Clan. MOUZ and FaZe Clan will clash in the third-place game on Sunday before the grand final.

The $400,000 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event began with 16 teams competing in Stage 1, with eight eliminated over five rounds. Eight more teams were invited directly to Stage 2.

Stage 2 featured the top eight teams from Stage 1 and the eight teams with automatic entries competing in a 16-team Swiss format, with all matches being best-of-three.

The top eight teams from Stage 2 qualified for the playoffs, which run through Sunday with a single-elimination bracket. All playoff matches are best-of-three except for the grand final, which is best-of-five.

The championship team will receive $100,000.

On Saturday, Team Falcons opened with a 16-13 overtime win over MOUZ, then advanced with a 13-7 victory on Ancient. Russia's Ilya 'm0NESY' Osipov led all with 39 kills and a plus-10 kill-death differential for Team Falcons.

FaZe Clan outlasted Team Vitality 22-20 in triple overtime, but after pulling even with a 13-9 win on Inferno, Team Vitality won 13-8 on Dust II to secure a spot in the grand final. France's Mathieu 'ZywOo' Herbaut guided Team Vitality to victory with 77 kills and a plus-290 kill-death differential.
